  • Emily Nam, 1st Place in Art Contest

Emily Nam (5th Grade) placed first in her grade in the Korean American Day Art Contest hosted by KECLA! Congratulations Emily - our school community is so proud of you!

  • 3820 Cans Raised!

Continuing the traditions of the previous years, the ASB hosted a canned food drive this Thanksgiving season. Together as one school, New Covenant Academy collected 3,820 cans to give to the Los Angeles Food Bank! It was amazing to see the collection table filling up as we inched towards the final date, and even more impressive to see how much of the chapel stage we took up. There was also a competition in each department of which grade would bring the most cans, and we would like to formally congratulate the 3rd, 4th, and 11th graders! Great job, Huskies!

  • Eric Oh, 1st Place in Art Contest

Our very own Eric Oh (1st Grade) placed first in the Korean American Day Art Contest hosted by KECLA! His art will be displayed on the second floor of Koreatown Galleria from November 27 to December 10. Please congratulate Eric for his great accomplishment when you see him around campus!

We also have two more winners from Middle School - stay tuned for their artwork!

  • Girls Volleyball are National League Co-Champions!

Our Girls Volleyball team made it to playoffs and are National League Co-Champions! They have the best record in NCA history of 10-4. Let's all congratulate the girls and Coach Lowry who have been practicing since the beginning of the summer to bring home wins.

For anyone who missed the playoff game, here's an article The LA Times wrote on the game: Though we faced a tough competitor, our school community is so proud of our team. Go, Huskies!
